Ingredients:

Butter 225g

Sugar 200g

Egg 4

Cake flour 260g

Baking powder 2 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

Lemon juice 1/4 cup

Lemon zest

Direction: (oven preheated 180 degrees)

1. Beat the butter using an electric mixer for one min. Then add sugar and mix it until fluffy; beat in eggs, 1 at a time, beating well before adding the next egg.

2. Stir flour, sugar, and baking powder into a bowel.

3. Mix ingredients of 2. and lemon juice with 1.  (Ingredients must add in 3 times)

4. Pour into a prepare pan (place a baking paper in the bottom with butter) Bake it for 45-50mins.

Frosting: Mix 1 cup of confectioner’s sugar with 2 tsp of lemon juice.
