MRI報告出來了…:(
之前腸子發炎腫大算有控制住，但是有三處狹窄很嚴重，一段五公分，其他兩段各為三公分，加起來的長度很長，如果手術就得切掉一大段，目前只有液體和流質的食物過的去，李醫師得和其他醫生再做評估和討論，看看是否下星期有可能做小腸鏡擴張術？因為畢竟擴張術也有破掉的風險，明天要先做胃鏡看看胃部潰瘍的狀況，李醫師說這段時間要先把營養補充起來，如果完全不吃腸子會萎縮也不行，克隆氏症最麻煩的就是腸子纖維化狹窄，我的狀況很嚴重…
MRI Report is out! 🙁
So far the inflammation is under controlled with the medication. But there are 3 places have serious narrowing problems. one is 5cm, other 2 are 3cm. The total length is very long. So if I do the surgery will have cut the whole section of intestine. Right now only liquid and baby food can pass through… Dr. Lee will have to discuss with the team and see if I can do the endoscopy balloon extension surgery. But this surgery has risk as well. Tomorrow I will do the stomach endoscopy and find out the stomach ulcer condition. So with in this week. I will have to try to take more nutrition. If I didn't eat anything my intestine will shrink. For Crohn's the narrowing is the most critical problem…
